The Attic is the final stage/memory of TJoC: Story Mode where the player faces off against Creation, Ignited Golden Freddy, and the Fallen.
The Attic is the fifth and final playable night (memory) in The Joy of Creation: Story Mode.
It is considered by many the hardest night due to the amount of quick paced action and amazing hearing, and Creation is probably the biggest threat.
Opening Cutscene Edit
Scott wakes up to find himself strapped to a chair in the attic. Michael then appears on the radio and starts to tell Scott that the animatronics are becoming unstable, but Scott cuts him off, demanding to know why the animatronics are doing everything that has happened in the events of the game to him and his family. Hearing this, Michael attempts to apologize and states that the animatronics are now unstable, and then thanks him for giving him an "opportunity to see the world through the eyes of his creations", and the monitor turns on, showing Creation. He then states that he feels great and wants to feel like that forever. Scott then frees his right hand from the restraint, and Michael says that in order to feel "great", he will need Scott to die. Picking up the radio, Scott shouts to leave his family alone, then he throws the radio on the ground. The player once again plays as Scott Cawthon. The player must prevent Creation and The Fallen from entering the room, all while trying to defeat Ignited Golden Freddy. The night will not end until Ignited Golden Freddy has been defeated.
The player must stay in the chair that Scott has been locked into and use the tools around them to protect them from The Fallen and Creation. The player may use space to change what direction they face. When facing the monitor, the player can use said monitor, which will allow the player to monitor Creation's progress, as well as searching for Ignited Golden Freddy. To the left of the monitor is a switch that changes the camera view to the attic cameras, which show the doors to the left and right of the player when facing the monitor. To the right of the player is a breaker lever, which when used on the cameras Creation can appear on, will cause a bright flash to appear. After use, it will take some time to recharge. The breaker lever can't be used on the attic cameras. When facing away from the monitor, the player can see two doors and the trapdoor. The player can close the doors by interacting with a lever similar to the one to change the camera modes. Only one door can be closed at a time; closing one door while the other is closed will cause the previously closed door to open.
Animatronic Behavior Edit
Creation will start off in The Basement, and will try to progress forward by destroying obstacles in its way. Creation has two phases while in each camera, the first is when it enters a new camera or the breaker lever is used in a camera when it is in phase two. During its first phase, Creation will be slightly off camera. When in phase two, Creation will be in front of the camera, and will try to break down the obstacle of the room he is currently in. To stop it from doing so, the player must use the breaker lever to flash the room, sending Creation back to phase one. If the player does not use the breaker lever on Creation while it is in the second phase, Creation will weaken the obstacle. If the obstacle is hit by Creation twice, it will break, allowing it to move up a room. If the player allows Creation to destroy the obstacle in The Office, it will rush up the trapdoor behind the player and kill them shortly after.
Ignited Golden Freddy will appear on cameras that Creation is not on, but will never appear on attic cameras. Ignited Golden Freddy will also appear behind the player. If Ignited Golden Freddy appears behind the player, the player must turn away or Ignited Golden Freddy will kill the player. If the player sees Ignited Golden Freddy on the cameras, the player must use the breaker lever to "attack" him. The player must do this 12 times to end the night. Each time the player progresses, the Ignited Golden Freddy Head and the Golden Freddy plushie glitch more while the house catches more on fire.
Endo C will approach the player from the left attic camera. It will not move until the camera displays static on the left camera, nor will it move while Endo R or Endo F is moving. When Endo C makes the left attic camera display static, the player must quickly turn around and close the door to their right, if it is not already closed. Failure to do so will result in the player's death.
Endo R will start running towards the right entrance at any point during the night. The player cannot see Endo R on the attic cameras and must rely on hearing it running, which gets louder the closer Endo R is to the entrance. If the player hears running coming from the right entrance, the player must close that door, if it is not already closed. Failure to do so will result in Endo R entering the room and killing the player.
Endo B will approach the player from the right attic camera. It will not move until the camera displays static on the right camera, nor will it move while Endo R or Endo F is moving. When Endo B makes the right attic camera display static, the player must quickly turn around and close the door to their left, if it is not already closed. Failure to do so will result in the player's death.
Endo F will start running towards the left entrance at any point during the night. The player cannot see Endo F on the attic cameras and must rely on hearing it running, which gets louder the closer Endo F is to the entrance. If the player hears running coming from the left entrance, the player must close that door, if it is not already closed. Failure to do so will result in Endo F entering the room and killing the player.
- The Golden Freddy pushie's nose will make a honking noise similar to the Freddy plushie in Five Nights at Freddy's 4.
- It is possible to beat this night before Creation can finish coming up the trapdoor.
- This does require some luck, though.
- One can obtain the secret new article from this night by pressing the nose of the Golden Freddy plushie until you hear Ignited Golden Freddy's laugh. This will cause the article to spawn in, but only after the player has turned towards the doors.

End cutscene Edit
Scott frees his left hand from the restraint as well, but then he gets hit by something. He slowly crawls across the floor, attempting to call out for his sons again, before running out of breath. Michael appears on the radio again and tells Scott that the night isn't going to end until Scott has burned in the fire. Filled with despair over hearing this, Scott begs Michael to spare his family, after then Michael appears before him. The screen then cuts to black, and the player hears Scott scream in pain. Then the player is taken outside to see the burning house, and Michael (disguised as Scott) comes out of the house, telling Val and the kids over and over that they're safe and that's all that matters. The screen then cuts to black again, and we hear Michael presumably talking to Scott's ghost, says that Scott's family is now safe, like he wanted. He then thanks Scott for his "cooperation" and says that he will "take care of everything from here".
