Endo C, also known as "Mouth", is the third of the four tertiary antagonists of The Joy of Creation: Story Mode, during both Basement and Attic memories, and is a member of The Fallen. It is the main antagonist in 06, 05 with Endo R "Blue", is the secondary antagonist with Endo B "Angel" in 02 of Basement, and is the first of the tertiary antagonists of the Attic memory, appearing idle in the left hallway of the room before or after a Running Fallen attacks the player.
Endo C "Mouth" is more withered than any other endoskeleton. This includes the arms, head and jaw rig. Endo C "Mouth" is covered in wires, especially in the torso and legs. Its forearms are completely gone, similarly to Ignited Chica. The most notable feature is its mouth, which is noticeably broken, with both jaw sections split apart. Its eyes are completely empty. It seems that Endo C "Mouth" can no longer control its lower jaw most of the time, due to the damage it has sustained. Endo C "Mouth" visually has the most different appearance compared to other The Fallen having more rounded and larger jaws rather than smaller square ones like a typical endoskeleton.
Endo C appears in the first, second, and last puzzle in the Basement, and has two distinctive behaviors when active:
1) Hiding: In Phase 2 (05), Endo C will hide near the Chica poster and in the closet furthest away from the furnace. When near the Chica poster, the player simply has to wait for it to stop growling before they can retrieve the cupcake. The player must not open the closet it hides in, as opening it will result in an immediate death; Endo C will emit an audible breathing noise when it is hiding in the closet.
2) Sleeping: When not hiding, Endo C will stand still in one position, and will not move at all unless the player gets too close to it or moves too much, which will cause it to immediately rush down the player and kill them. The player can also trigger Endo C "Mouth" to attack by pointing their crosshairs directly at its face.
In Phase 1 (06), Endo C will appear sleeping in front of the monitors. The player must walk around it to reach the bathroom.
In Phase 2 (05), Endo C will appear in different places depending on the items picked up. It will appear in front of the bathroom door when the player is holding the hook and will reside there until the hook is put in the furnace. When retrieving the hat, it will appear beside the furnace, and the player must walk up and down the stairwell to get rid of it.
In Phase 5 (02), two Endo C's are sleeping in the hallway, one on each side. The player must once again not get too close, while also avoiding the Endo Bs that are present. Additionally, since the front of the endoskeleton is now more open than previous times, the player must also refrain from shining the flashlight onto it from the front.
Attic[]
Endo C has similar behavior to Endo B when making his final appearance in The Attic; it will appear in the Attic cameras, staring at the player. When it disappears, the corresponding door will have to be closed until the player hears a knock. Failure on doing so will result in a jumpscare.
Trivia[]
The "C" in Endo C "Mouth"'s name should mean Chicken, as it is implied to be a Chica endoskeleton.
Unlike Ignited Chica, though, Endo C "Mouth" still has its lower jaw.
The reason why Endo C "Mouth"'s mouth is rigged and referred to is probably because of Chica's insane appetite.
There is a glitch where Endo C "Mouth" will follow the player up the stairs in 02, however this was patched after a couple of updates.
Endo C "Mouth" is considered the creepiest enemy in The Joy of Creation franchise by Nikson, the creator of The Fallen.
Endo C "Mouth" will return in the Ignited Collection.
